Large
Pure Sine Wave
Off
Grid Inverter
DC to
AC Power
This new line of Pure
Sine Wave Inverters puts out much more power than most Inverters. Before we
added these Power Inverters to our website the highest wattage Inverter went up
to 15,000 watts. This new Inverter line goes all the way up to 500,000
watts with 17 Inverters starting at 8,000 watts.
The biggest advantage of this Off-Grid Inverter is that it has
received UL1741 approval. Other great features include the following:
·
Easy
to Repair
·
Little Fault Rate (<1%)
·
100% Full Power Stable Output
·
High Efficiency (>94%)
·
Long Service Life (>15 Years)
·
AC Power Priority or Battery Power Can
Be Set
·
Wide DC Input Voltage Range Can Be Set
·
Output Frequency 50Hz/60Hz Can Be Set
·
Output Voltage Can Be Set
·
Variable Frequency Start or Step Down
Voltage Start
·
Large LCD Display
To determine if you need a
large Inverter like this you first need to figure out the continuous power (watts
or amps) of the electronics you wish to run and also the initial load requirement
which is often double the requirement for the continuous load. Then you can
determine the correct size of Inverter you need, keeping in mind that it is
advisable to use a larger Inverter (about 20% more) than what it seems like you
need. Here are some helpful
formulas to help determine the size of Inverter you’ll need:
Amps to Watts – Multiply Amps X 120 (AC voltage) = Watts
Approximate Startup Load – Multiply Watts X 2 = Starting Load
AC Watts to DC Amps – AC Watts divided by 12 X 1.1 = DC Amps
We look forward to answering your questions about Inverters. Pure
Sine Wave Inverters only work properly when they are the right size for the job
so be sure to do some research before starting your solar project.
